CHILDREN: We love children, however due to insurance restrictions and limited seating, NO children are allowed unless they are being serviced.

FOOD: For your convenience snacks and refreshments will be served during your visit and we ask that you refrain from bringing any food into the salon.

CANCELLATION POLICY:When you make an appointment, it is confirmed for that date and time. As a courtesy, we will attempt to call and remind you of your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to keep your appointment. In effort to provide quality service, we require at least three hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Missed appointments or last minute cancellations will result in a $25.00 no show fee. Due to the recent amount of missed appointments and lack of cancellation calls, this fee has been implemented.

On your next visit to the salon you will be reminded and ask to pay the fee before your hair services are started.
